SFA evacuation systems

A sanitary grinder or evacuation pump, is a device that allows to grind and evacuate wastewater in a different way than the traditional one, which would be through 100 mm diameter pipes. With this machine, solid elements can be converted into liquids thanks to the grinding process, which subsequently leads the waste to the downspout.

Grinders contain blades that shred the waste into fine particles, after which a turbine pumps the resulting liquid, driving the waste into the evacuation pipe.

Thanks to this system, the mass that has been ground up is moved to the general downspout or wherever a septic tank is located. By having a grinder, the evacuation pipe can be narrower and is of great use when there is not enough space to place a downpipe between 100 and 110 mm in diameter. 

It is important to keep in mind that a grinder can have as many inputs as elements need to be connected, so before choosing grinders it is necessary to plan how many mechanisms will be connected due to the fact that an input is required for each element.

SFA SANICONDENS PRO

Thanks to its symmetrical shape and 2 inlets with a diameter of 28 mm, SANICONDENS Pro is suitable for all types of installations. Both the condensate pipe of the boiler and the discharge valve of a condensing boiler can be connected.

It works with a buoy system that automatically detects the water level inside the pump tank: when the water level rises, the buoy triggers a microswitch and the turbine gets to work to expel the condensate.

When using SANICONDENS Pro to drain condensate from an oil boiler, it is important to combine it with a SANINEUTRAL. This neutralizes the acidity of the condensates before they are evacuated to the public network.

Includes 2 adapters, inlet and outlet that will allow its placement to be even easier. Depending on its installation, it can evacuate up to 6.2 liters/min, with a tank of 2.2 liters. This equipment is also pre-equipped with an alarm cable.
