A sanitary grinder or evacuation pump, is a device that allows to grind and evacuate wastewater in a different way than the traditional one, which would be through 100 mm diameter pipes. With this machine, solid elements can be converted into liquids thanks to the grinding process, which then leads the waste to the downspout.

The shredders contain blades that shred the waste into fine particles, after which a turbine pumps the resulting liquid, propelling the waste into the downspout.

Thanks to this system, the mass that has been shredded is moved to the general downspout or wherever a septic tank is located. By having a grinder, the evacuation pipe can be narrower and is very useful when there is not enough space to place a downpipe between 100 and 110 mm in diameter.

It is important to keep in mind that a grinder can have as many inputs as elements need to be connected, so before choosing grinders it is necessary to plan how many mechanisms are going to be connected due to the fact that an input is required for each element.

Its unique shredding system, together with a powerful motor (1100 W) and a specific cooling system allows it to work repeatedly and for long hours without any risk.

The SANIBEST Pro allows to evacuate water from a complete bathroom: toilet, sink, shower and bidet.

The evacuation is done by means of an elbow installed in the lid of the device. This elbow is pre-equipped with a non-return valve and leaves the possibility of evacuating the water through a 22/28/32 mm pipe.

SANIBEST Pro is able to evacuate the water from the bathroom up to 7 meters in height or 110 meters in distance. At a height of 1 meter, the SANIBEST Pro macerator has a maximum flow rate of 145 l/min. At 5 meters in height, i.e. 2 floors, it can still evacuate more than 100 liters per minute (103 l/min).
