A sanitary grinder or evacuation pump, is a device that allows to grind and evacuate wastewater in a different way than the traditional one, which would be through 100 mm diameter pipes. With this machine, solid elements can be converted into liquids thanks to the grinding process, which subsequently leads the waste to the downspout.

Grinders contain blades that shred the waste into fine particles, after which a turbine pumps the resulting liquid, driving the waste into the evacuation pipe.

Thanks to this system, the mass that has been ground up is moved to the general downspout or wherever a septic tank is located. By having a grinder, the evacuation pipe can be narrower and is of great use when there is not enough space to place a downpipe between 100 and 110 mm in diameter. 

It is important to keep in mind that a grinder can have as many inputs as elements need to be connected, so before choosing grinders it is necessary to plan how many mechanisms will be connected due to the fact that an input is required for each element.

SFA SANISPEED

Allows you to carry out the evacuation of wastewater coming from a sink, washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, etc. It was more height or more distance.

SANISPEED can lift water up to 7 meters high or 70 meters away. The pump has a reinforced cooling system to be able to withstand the hottest waters and for longer periods of time. It can also be used to evacuate water from a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet or bathtub. It has an automatic start system that starts the motor when the water enters the tank.

It has 4 inlets of 40 mm diameter: 2 of them at the top and 2 at the lower parts of the sides. The device includes an evacuation elbow pre-equipped with a non-return valve that can lift the water through a 28 or 32 mm diameter pipe (we recommend using a 32 mm section pipe for optimal motor operation).
