SFA evacuation systems

A sanitary grinder or evacuation pump, is a device that allows to grind and evacuate sewage in a different way than the traditional one, which would be through pipes of 100 mm in diameter. With this machine, solid elements can be converted into liquids thanks to the grinding process, which subsequently leads the waste to the downspout.

Grinders contain blades that shred the waste into fine particles, after which a turbine pumps the resulting liquid, driving the waste into the evacuation pipe.

Thanks to this system, the mass that has been ground up is moved to the general downspout or wherever a septic tank is located. By having a grinder, the evacuation pipe can be narrower and is of great use when there is not enough space to place a downpipe between 100 and 110 mm in diameter. 

It is important to keep in mind that a grinder can have as many inputs as elements need to be connected, so before choosing grinders it is necessary to plan how many mechanisms will be connected due to the fact that an input is required for each element.

SFA SANICONDENS BASIC

Condensing boilers, air conditioners or refrigeration cabinets generate a lot of wastewater. It is sometimes difficult to dispose of this wastewater if the appliance is located far away from or below a sewage pipe. SANICONDENS Mini makes it easier and more discreet to drain this wastewater further away or higher up.

It is lightweight, weighing only 1.3 kg, it is the lightest in the SANICONDENS range. It has 4 inlets to facilitate the connections of the devices to be evacuated. It can evacuate water with an average temperature ranging from 35ºC to 80ºC for short periods of time. In addition, it is resistant to the acidity of condensate from condensing boilers.

Its buoy system automatically detects the water level inside the pump tank and when the water level rises, this buoy activates a microswitch and the turbine starts to work to expel the condensate.

With the SANICONDENS Mini you can lift condensate water up to 2 meters high or 20 meters away through an 8/11 mm diameter pipe.
