HidroWater - Self-Cleaning Filter DIDO SILVER

The Dido self-cleaning filter is placed at the drinking water inlet of the house. The objective is to remove foreign bodies in the water such as gravel, metal flakes, mucilage, rust, etc.

The removal of suspended particles smaller than 2mm is fundamental in domestic water treatment. In fact, water systems can be subject to problems when impurities are present, such as clogging of pressure regulators and damage that in the long term can be extremely critical and costly.

Filtration is all the more essential the more sophisticated the equipment installed such as boilers, softeners, osmosis, water dispensers....

These devices can be defined as "protection filters" and are therefore designed for this purpose and are not suitable for filtering water containing large amounts of lime, sand or other materials. In these cases, a coarser particle filtration system must be installed prior to the Dido filter.
