These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE and related to the irrigation, garden and swimming pool products in which you are interested, or about events and presentations that our company is going to carry out about them. 

Actions requested by the User: To process requests or any type of request that, through the BRICOANDPOOL website, is made by the user/customer through any of the forms of contact made available to them, events, competitions, or by subscribing to our events and activities organised by/with the participation of BRICOANDPOOL.

To process registrations for events and PROMOTIONAL PRESENTATIONS in which customers or registered users wish to participate. In this case, the images or videos taken of the participants in particular during the development of the same, and provided that express and unequivocal consent has been obtained, may be published on the website of the entity, on its social networks, in corporate publications and brochures, notice boards and any other similar media owned by the company, in order to promote such activities or events. In the case of tournaments or similar activities, the details of the participants (name, surname and age) may be published in the same media, in order to publicise the participations, classifications or results of possible competitions, prizes or promotional activities. In the event that this data processing is not expressly consented to, these will only be known internally by the participants, so that they are aware of the corresponding classification, a necessary requirement for the correct development of the same (legitimate interest).

DATA STORED DURING YOUR VISIT: When you visit our website, our web servers generally store, among other things, information about the browser and operating system you use, the website from which you visit us, the pages you visit on our website and the date of your visit. For security reasons - for example, in order to be able to detect possible attacks on our website - the IP address assigned to you by your Internet service provider is also stored for a period of seven days. NEWSLETTER/NEWSLETTERS SUBSCRIPTION: In the case of subscription to any of our informative Newsletters, present or future, as informed, you consent to the use of your personal data for sending advertising or carrying out other marketing actions, these will be stored and used continuously for such uses, such as sending newsletters already mentioned, news in our catalogue of irrigation and pool products, guarantees, technical assistance and maintenance, through the communication channels such as e-mail, post or any other channel authorised by you. We may use your data to create and keep your customer/user profile up to date so that we can send you personalised information about advertising actions or promotions tailored to your needs. We may also use the information you provide to us to analyse and improve the effectiveness of our website services, advertising, marketing, market research and sales activities.

SENDING OF C. VITAE BY CANDIDATES: In the case of sending C. Vitae to the BRICOANDPOOL email address: info@bricoandpool.com, or by means of the contact form provided, the applicant authorises BRICOANDPOOL to analyse the documents sent, all the content that is directly accessible through search engines (Google), the profiles maintained in professional social networks, such as Linkedin or similar, the data obtained in the entrance tests and the information revealed in the job interview, with the aim of assessing their candidacy and being able, if necessary, to offer them a position. In the event that the candidate is not selected, BRICOANDPOOL may keep his/her C. VITAE stored in order to incorporate it in future vacancies, unless the candidate states otherwise, through the HR manager.

DATA RETENTION CRITERIA: The data provided will, in general, be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or the total destruction of the data.

In view of this general rule, the following possible variations arise:

Existence of an internal protocol for notifying security breaches; data security breaches to the data protection authorities (article 33 of the GDPR) and to data subjects whose data have been compromised (article 34 of the GDPR).
