How does osmosis work?
In order to carry out this system, the osmosis equipment is made up of various filters that process and eliminate all the particles that need to be disposed of. There is a sediment filter, a pressed carbon filter, a granulated carbon filter, a remineraliser, a membrane and a tank where the water arrives.
In this process, the solvent diffuses the solution with a lower concentration into the solution with a higher concentration through a semi-permeable membrane, in order to balance the concentrations. It can occur inside organisms (e.g. red blood cells) and outside (e.g. plants).
