  • The AquaChek TruTest digital test strip reader is intended to provide a convenient alternative to visual color matching, with the ease of a digital display. The meter and test strips can achieve representative readings of pool and hot tub water conditions when all instructions are followed and properly stored, handled and unexpired test strips are used.
  • In general, the results are comparable to other visual analysis methods that can be obtained by a person with good color matching skills. When the water sample to be tested is near or outside the limits of the Result Range, results may not reflect actual water conditions, chemical problems or questionable results occur.
  • After analysis, consider these actions: Compare the result with the range of water parameters recommended according to the equipment or chemical program. Treat the water according to the chemical manufacturer's instructions. Re-run the analysis to confirm the result.
