In this section you will find answers to frequently asked questions.

To return the product you can do it from this link, you can arrange to pick it up at your home address or leave the package at a point of :  https://briconadpool.shipping-portal.com/rp/.

Include a piece of paper inside with the order reference and the reason for the return. Please note the following before collecting your order. The product must be in its original packaging, be completely sealed and not have been installed/used as depreciation may be applied if the above is not complied with.

If you agree, please arrange to have it delivered to your home address or take the goods to the nearest collection point. It is very important to include the order reference in the collection reference.

To return an item you have a period of 15 days, as long as a series of requirements are met. The article must be sealed, in perfect condition and with all the accessories included.

To check the status of an order you should do so using the shipping reference that is sent to your email when the product is picked up by the transport company. Depending on whether your shipment is being sent by Seur or Schenker, you will have to search on one website or the other for the reference provided to know the status of your shipment at all times.

To download your invoice you only need to register as a customer before making a purchase. You can access your user area from the main menu of the website and there you can view your order history and download your invoice quickly and easily.

All deliveries are made by the transport agency Seur, both for national and international shipments. However, bulky products or sanitary ware made of porcelain are shipped on pallets so that they arrive in perfect condition.

You should know that when the order arrives by pallet it can take 48/72 hours to receive it. You will always be notified by e-mail of the tracking number and the transport agency by which the pallet is sent.
