Features

Compound intended to prolong the disinfectant action of chlorine in swimming pool water. Prevents the rapid destruction of chlorine, caused by the sun's ultraviolet rays.

Cl2+2H2O --> 2HCI+O2 Example:

A) If we have a pool whose properly chlorinated water is subjected to a strong solar incidence
and ctx400 ClorProtect is not added, it can be seen after 3 hours, how in this water there has been a 90% loss in the total available chlorine.

B) If to the same water is added 4 Kgs. of ctx400 ClorProtect, per 100 m3, it can be verified after 3 hours, how in this case the loss has only been 30% of the total available chlorine.

How to use

Always adjust the pH before adding chlorine to the water, to make it as effective as possible. Keeping the filtration equipment running, introduce the dose of ctx400 ClorProtect inside the skimmers or pump prefilter.

Recommendations:
Maintain in the water an amount between 30-60 ppm of ctx400 ClorProtect.

The concentration of ctx400 ClorProtect should not exceed 75 ppm. If this concentration is exceeded, part of the pool water should be emptied and replaced with new water that does not contain ctx400 ClorProtect.

Dosage

Add at the beginning of the season 4 Kgs. of ctx400 ClorProtect per 100 m3 of water (equivalent to 40 ppm of cyanuric acid).

These doses are for guidance only and can be modified depending on the characteristics of each pool, climate, etc.
