FAQ about the BWT Cosmy 200
What type of pool is it suitable for?
The BWT Cosmy 200 electric pool cleaner is the ideal pool cleaner for above-ground and above-ground pools, small pools up to 12 metres long and any shape (circular, square, rectangular, oval) and lining (liner, gresite, polyester, concrete, etc.). Its drive by means of spiders means that no obstacle can slow it down in its cleaning tasks.
Characteristics of the electric pool cleaners
The BWT Cosmy 200 is an electric pool cleaner. These are systems that are programmed and connected to the mains to clean the pool surface autonomously. They have their own filtration system, are easy to store, easy to transport and work quietly.
How to use the BWT Cosmy 200 (Quick guide to immersion and storage)
To start using this model of electric pool cleaner, there are a number of steps to follow. First of all, it is recommended to extend the length of the cable next to the pool to avoid tangles during immersion. The BWT Cosmy 200 pool cleaner has a cable length of 18 metres.
In order to start it up correctly, it is recommended that the robot is immersed in the centre of the length of the pool. Once this has been done, the electric pool cleaner must be immersed vertically in the water and moved in all directions, in order to eliminate any air that the robot may have inside.
The BWT Cosmy 200 robot pool cleaner is ultra light, one of the lightest robots on the market. This makes it very easy to transport. As for its filtration, it has a 100 micron filtration basket to remove all the dirt from the pool, it is easy to remove by means of a button on the top and to clean.
If the cleaner is left in the pool once it has completed its cleaning cycle, you should be aware that chemical products commonly used in pools, such as flocculant, can damage the cleaner or its filters. This is considered negligence on the part of the user and the guarantee does not cover any damage caused by chemical materials in the robot.
Once the cleaning cycle is complete, it is best to remove the robot from the pool, remove the filters, clean them with the hose and clean the robot. When storing it, do not wind the cable too tightly, as a tip when winding it around the robot.
