Metering pump features

The ACQUA DOS series of metering pumps have been specifically developed to simplify
their use and commissioning, and to meet the needs of today's market in terms of quality, product design and materials used. In addition, depending on the model, they have connectivity with the Fluidra Connect environment, which allows automation and remote management of the system. 

Pump features:

• Flow: From 0 to 110 l/h depending on the model.
• Maximum back pressure : up to 18 bar, depending on model. - Power supply: 100÷240 Vac - 50/60 Hz
• Pulses: 120 to 300 pulses/minute
• Head: PVDF
• Membrane: PTFE
• Housing: glass fiber reinforced PP
• Protection: IP65
• Manual priming valve. 

With only 3 sizes, the pump can cover a wide range of performances, with a flow range from 0.4 to 110 l / h and a back pressure from 0.1 to 18 bar. The power supply is 100 ÷ 240 Vac - 50/60 Hz so the same pump can operate with different supply voltage, to suit any country. 

The standard pump head is made of PVDF, so it has a high chemical compatibility with most of the chemicals to be dosed. 

All series are equipped with a manual priming valve for start-up. 

The pumps are supplied with a complete standard installation kit, including: PVDF-T foot strainer and injection valve in PVDF-T, PVC suction pipe, PE delivery pipe. Available as accessories are the tank mounting foot and the minimum chemical level control
