Grundfos Scala1

Grundfos Scala1 is a self -expanding multi -acetapa pump that incorporates all the components of a pressure increase group in a compact composite protection.

Being a self -constant, Scala1 can pump water from a lower level than the pump. Whenever it is full of water, the pump can raise water from an 8 m depth in less than 5 minutes. This makes the installation and starting of the pump simple and provides a more reliable water supply in facilities with dry operation and leaks in the suction hose or pipes.

SCALA1 You can communicate with the GRUNDFOS GO application by integrated Bluetooth, allowing a detailed supervision of the pump and numerous customization options, to make this pump the most suitable for any application.

SCALA1 incorporates advanced protection functions such as:

• Protection against dry operation that will automatically stop the pump in case of lack of water
• Anticycles protection that prevents the pump from starting repeatedly in case minor leaks occur in the installation
• Maximum operating time protection, which can stop the pump after a specified period of continuous operation, which prevents possible damage due to a flood caused by pipe breaks

The pump has an integrated motor protection that will stop the pump if it is exposed to an excessive temperature due to the influence of a high ambient temperature, in case of locking or overload, which prevents the destructive burn of the engine.

With GRUDFOS GO can easily configure SCALA1 as a double system of pressure increase groups that work as a work pump/rest pump, as well as work pump/auxiliary pump. It is also possible to add an external input control and program the operation of the pump through the calendar function.

SCALA1 does not require any maintenance, but we recommend keeping the pump clean, check the anti -background valves and keep the ventilation holes free of dust.
