Astralpool - Brom gene (salt electrolysis) 5 kg

Product Complement of disinfection treatment by salt electrolysis equipment as well as for pools treated with slow dissolution chlorine tablets, with liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite) or with calcium hypochlorite. The bromine generator is a granulated inorganic compound, which allows to transform the active chlorine generated by treatment of bromine electrolysis, for the disinfection and maintenance of clean and hygienically pure water. The AC. Hypoclorous generated by electrolysis, acts as an activating agent of 0017, generating AC. Hipobromous. The AC. Hipobromous has greater disinfectant and algicidal effectiveness than other oxidants on a pH scale between 7 and 8. the high oxidizing power of the AC. Hypobromous formed, allows destroying all organic matter present in water. The bromine generator does not incorporate organic matter into the pool water. The combination of bromine with organic amines results in compounds called bromamines (NHBR2) that, unlike chloramines (combination of chlorine with organic amines), do not decrease the disinfectant efficacy of the generated bromine. Bromamines do not produce irritation in the eyes or unpleasant odors. Therefore, the bromine generator becomes an ideal complement to specially treat the water of the covered pools, with disinfection systems by means of salt electrolysis. 

Mode of employment and dossification

At the start of the electroclorator, dissolve 30 to 40 kg of salt for every 10 m3 of water, adding it directly to the interior of the pool, with the filtration equipment in operation and with the valve located in a “recirculation” position. Then, add 600 grs of product for every 10 m3 of water. Adjust the electroclorador for obtaining a bromine rate between 2 and 3 mgr/l, value that will be easily measured using a bromine and pH analyzer kit. This control should be carried out a minimum of 2 times a day. 

To each contribution of 25 kg of salt, add 500 grs of product for every 10 m3 of water inside the skimmers, putting the filtration equipment into operation in recirculation position or dosing the product directly to the water of the pool, to dissolve it. This salt contribution must be carried out due to the decrease in saline concentration as a result of filter washing, etc. These doses are orientative and can be modified depending on the characteristics of each pool, weather, etc.
