Jimten evacuation systems

A sanitary crusher or evacuation pump is an apparatus that allows to crush and evacuate wastewater in a different way than the traditional one, which would be by 100 mm diameter pipes. With this machine, solid elements can be converted into liquids thanks to the crushing process, which subsequently conducts the waste to the downspout.

The crushers contain blades that crumble the waste in fine particles, after which a turbine pumps the resulting liquid, boosting the waste to the evacuation pipe.

Thanks to this system, the mass that has been crushed is displaced to the general downer or where a septic tank is found. Having a crusher, the evacuation tube can be narrower and is very useful when there is not enough space to place a dose between 100 and 110 mm in diameter.

It is important to keep in mind that a crusher can have as many inputs as elements, they need to connect, so before choosing crushes it is necessary to plan how many mechanisms will be connected because an entry is required for each element.

It has 3 inputs to collect the wastewater from a WC with horizontal output for its central entrance, a shower for one of its side inputs and a sink or a drum for another side input.

Its pumping system allows wastewater to be evacuated up to 5 meters high or 52 meters away.

The lateral connections are made by tubes of 40 mm in diameter and the output is 32mm to glue.

The device is equipped with a series of silent-blks that absorb the majority of noise issued and reduce it to perform their work in a quieter way.
