Before proceeding with the return, please take into account the following aspects:
The product must retain its original packaging.
The product must be completely sealed.
The product must not have been installed or used.
In the event that your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, you can proceed with the return of the product.
If you have received the wrong product, please select the product exchange option and we will then send you the correct product and provide you with a tracking number for the new shipment.
You have the option to select either a refund of your order or a product exchange. If you select a product exchange, we will ship the replacement product directly to you once it has been received and inspected in our warehouse. We will provide you with all tracking information for the new shipment.
When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the prepaid return label or QR code.
In case of refund, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order and you will be able to see the refund within 3-4 business days after receipt of the product.

To return an article you have a period of 15 days, as long as a series of requirements are met. The article must be seated, in perfect condition and with all the accessories it includes.
In the event that your product presents a factory defect or has suffered a accident during shipment, it can proceed to return the product following the process, regardless of the aforementioned conditions. If your order meets these conditions, you can continue with the process. Once we receive the product returned, we will make a verification of its status and we will proceed to issue a refund. This refund will be processed within 2 to 4 working days after receiving the returned product. In case you have selected a product change, we will proceed to send you a replacement of it. In addition, you will receive an email with all the relevant information about the new shipment.

When you complete your order on our website, the invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you provided during the purchase process, together with the confirmation of sending the order.
If you do not receive the invoice on your inbox, we recommend you check your spam folder or unwanted mail. In case you do not find it, you can request it by sending an email to info@bricoandpool.com. Please include in your application the Reference for your order so that we can quickly locate the invoice and send it to you again.
