The General Conditions are binding on the website owner and the buyer (Customer), granting them a series of rights and obligations from the moment the buyer places and accepts an order through this website. Both parties are required to comply with and acknowledge these conditions, and their acceptance is essential to formalize an order. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, incorrect installation not carried out by an authorized installer where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
The warranty will be void if any of the information on the warranty or the proof of purchase is modified, altered, or replaced. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase must be presented.
Legal rights established under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
Return Policy:
Please ensure that when you receive an item, you take reasonable care of it by testing it and ensuring that any security seals or tags are intact. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return, provided the product has not been used, altered, or tampered with and is in its original box and seal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

What should I do to return a product?

To process your return, you'll need to provide us with the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with a return number and the address to which you should send the product.
You must package the product securely and include a copy of the return form.
When returning a product, remember to ask the courier company for a receipt. This will serve as proof of shipment until you receive the exchange or your refund.Without this receipt, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement if the item is lost in transit.
Any defective product will be exchanged for the same product, and we will refund your money to the same account if the product is not in stock.

Refund of shipping costs

FORCE MAJEURE

Our performance of the contract will be deemed suspended while the Force Majeure Event persists, and the period for performance will be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will make reasonable efforts to terminate the situation or find a solution to fulfill our obligations under the contract even if the Force Majeure Event persists.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding their validity, execution, compliance or resolution (in whole or in part), they are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaga.
